Raccoon Dash
Run. Munch. SPLASH.
Dash, eat, hop, soak. Live the endless cycle of the forest’s roundest legend.
They say he’s out there, somewhere in the quiet orchards of the Pacific Northwest.
Neighbors swear they’ve seen him for years. A raccoon unlike any other. Round where raccoons are long. Wobbly where raccoons are sleek. A little ball of fur on long legs, trundling between the apple trees like a legend that hasn’t heard he’s supposed to be impossible. Some call him a cryptid. Most just call him perfect.
He was born different, and he thrived anyway. And now you get to live a day in his famous little life.
Dash through the morning sun beneath rows of apple trees. Snatch every apple that tumbles into your path. Hop over mossy rocks and forgotten crates. Duck under low branches, bushes, and whatever else stands between a round raccoon and his dinner. And when the journey’s done? Slip into the cool water and float. Every legend deserves a good soak.
But the water never holds him for long. The orchard calls, the apples ripen, and the cycle begins again. Dash. Eat. Hop. Soak. Repeat. Such is the life of a raccoon.
And keep your eyes open out there. The orchard holds its secrets, and legends have a way of surprising the ones who pay attention.
One rule, adventurer: love the legend, but keep your distance. Some wild things are best admired from afar. That’s how they stay wild.
You don’t have to be perfect to be legendary.
What it is like to play
- One-touch play: tap anywhere to jump, touch low on the screen to duck. That is every control in the game, and both work from the very first run.
- Impossible to fail the fun part: the cannonball into the water can never be missed. If you do not jump, he jumps in for you.
- No game over. Trip on a log and he tumbles, shakes it off, and runs again about a second later. No lives, no timers, no pressure.
- No reading required: progress is a little wooden tub that visibly fills.
- Plays in twelve languages, following whatever language the device is set to.
- Cozy pixel-art river, gentle music, steam, and one very long-legged raccoon.
A promise to parents
- No ads. No in-app purchases. No links out of the game.
- No internet access at all. The app does not request the network permission, so it cannot connect to anything even in the background. It works in airplane mode, in the car, in the woods.
- No accounts, no sign-in, no data collection. Pay once, own it forever.

How to play on a Fire tablet
| Start | Tap anywhere on the title screen. |
|---|---|
| Jump | Tap anywhere. Keep your finger down a moment longer to jump higher; a quick tap gives a shorter hop. Even the shortest possible tap clears every ground obstacle at every speed, so a small hand can always get over a log. |
| Duck | Touch and hold the bottom third of the screen. Works from the very first run. Keep holding to stay ducked. |
| Cannonball | When the wooden tub fills up, the water rolls in. Tap as you reach it for a bigger leap and a bigger splash. If you do not tap at all, he jumps in by himself. |
| In the water | Tap the water to blow bubbles while he soaks. |
| Sound | Speaker button, top right. The setting is remembered. |
| Pause | Pause button, top right. Tap anywhere to carry on. The game also pauses itself if you switch away or the screen goes off, so nothing happens while you are not looking. |
One to discover: tap a second time just after you jump, while he is still on the way up, and he will turn a somersault. It changes nothing about where he lands. It is purely for showing off.
