Capybaras love two things: yuzu, and hot baths.

Capybara Creek is an endless runner for all ages. Tap and the capybara jumps — over logs, over rocks — gathering the yuzu that float exactly along its jump path. Fill the bath meter and the big moment arrives: the hot spring slides into view and the capybara CANNONBALLS in, with a splash sized by how boldly you leapt. Soak in the steam, watch the yuzu bob, then run again — a little faster each time.

Easy for everyone

  • One-touch play. Later levels add a simple duck. That is every control.
  • Impossible to fail the fun part: the cannonball into the spring can never be missed. If you don’t jump, the capybara jumps for you.
  • No game over. Trip on a log and the capybara tumbles, shakes it off, and runs again a second later. No lives, no timers, no pressure.
  • Progress needs no reading: a little wooden tub visibly fills up.
  • Cozy pixel-art river, gentle music, steam, one very round capybara.

A promise to parents

  • No ads. No in-app purchases. No links out of the game.

How to play

Amazon Fire tablets (touch)

  • Tap anywhere on the screen to jump. Hold a moment longer to jump higher.
  • From bath 4 onward, hanging branches appear. Touch the lower third of the screen to duck under them; touch anywhere higher to jump.
  • When the hot spring arrives, tap to launch a big spinning cannonball. Don’t want to? The capybara jumps in by itself. It really loves baths.
  • While soaking, tap to make the capybara sink and blow bubbles.
  • Two buttons sit in the top-right corner: sound on/off, and pause. While paused, tap anywhere to carry on.

Windows (keyboard)

  • Space — jump. Hold for a higher jump.
  • Down — duck under hanging branches (available from bath 4 onward).
  • Up — jump; at the hot spring it launches the biggest cannonball of all.
  • Right — turbo. Hold to speed the world up.
  • P — pause. Press again, or click, to carry on.
  • F11 — toggle fullscreen.
  • The mouse works anywhere the touch controls do.

The on-screen control reminder changes to match whichever device you are playing on, so nobody has to be told twice.
