Capybara Creek – Support
Quick start
Tap (or press Space) to jump. Collect the yuzu. When the tub in the corner fills up, the hot spring appears — jump in. Full controls for each platform are on the game page.
Common questions
Does the game need the internet?
No. It never connects to anything and works fully offline.
Are there ads or in-app purchases?
No, and there never will be in this game. You buy it once and that is the whole transaction.
My child cannot get past the branches.
Branches appear from bath 4 onward and must be ducked, not jumped. On a tablet, touch the lower third of the screen and hold. On Windows, hold the Down arrow. Ducking only works while on the ground.
The capybara missed the hot spring.
It cannot. If nobody jumps, the game jumps for you. A bigger leap only makes a bigger splash — it never changes whether you get in.
Progress disappeared.
Progress (total soaks and best level) is stored only on the device. Uninstalling the game deletes it, and there is no way to restore it or move it to another device. Within a session, tripping on an obstacle only resets the current run — your lifetime soak count is never lost.
Can I turn the sound off?
Yes — the speaker button in the top-right corner. The setting is remembered. Pausing also silences the music.
The game will not start, or it freezes.
Fully close the app and reopen it. If that does not help, restart the device. If it still will not run, email us with your device model and we will dig in.
How do I get a refund?
Purchases are handled by the store you bought from, so refunds go through their standard process. If something is wrong with the game, tell us as well — we want to fix it.
Accessibility notes
- The game can be played entirely with single taps. No gesture, no multi-touch, and no timing precision is required to make progress.
- Nothing must be read in order to play. The progress meter is a tub that visibly fills.
- There is no fail state, no timer, and no score pressure.
